Eligible for a return if:
- We offer a 30 day money back guarentee which means we could give you a refund if you are not happy with using our product AFTER 1 month. The customer must have been using it as recommended for at least 30 days.
- The product is damaged or an incorrect order. The product must have been purchased in the last 30 days (from date of purchase and must include photos) We will then verify if you are entitled to a replacement with a new product and give instructions accordingly.
- The items must have been purchased directly from Beautiful Souls Skin Care online.
- If you experience an allergic reaction please email us with a detailed description of what occured along with pictures.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
*Beautiful Souls Skin Care products purchased through other retailers will not be refunded by Beautiful Souls Skin Care.

We will confirm via email where to send us the product. It must be in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number included.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled an item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
Please note, when a refund is issued it will minus any Shopify fees or other payment gateway's percentages taken from the original payment
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent back to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be returned to your account.
- Products purchased from beautifulsouls.com.au using a Beautiful Souls Skin Care Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Beautiful Souls Skin Care Gift Card by email.
- We do not give refunds when the item is in transit.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Beautiful Souls.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading any of our digital products, including Gift Cards.
